The Washington County community is mourning the sudden loss of Hunter Reed, a student and basketball player at McIntosh High School, who died Monday night.

In response to Hunter’s passing, the Washington County School System canceled the scheduled basketball game between McIntosh High School and Fruitdale High School on Tuesday night, honoring the memory of the young athlete.
